HOW FAR IN ADVANCE MUST JOHNNY SAXX PARTY RENTALS BE CONTACTED TO SCHEDULE A RENTAL?

Tents, tables and chairs are booked on a first come, first serve basis. From past experience, the month of June is our busiest month due to high school graduations. If you would like to book an event in June, we recommend at least two weeks notice. We also will do any short notice events, depending on the availability of the tents, tables and chairs.

 

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER AND SETUP THE TENTS?

Delivery and setup of the tents normally occurs the day before the event. If for some reason, due to availability of the tents, delivery and setup will be as early as possible the day of the event. Weddings and special events will always be set up at least one day (or, occasion two days) in advance of the event.

 

WHEN DO YOU TAKE DOWN THE TENTS?

A representative from Johnny Saxx Party Rentals usually takes down the tents the day after the event. If the tent needs to be taken down the same day, special arrangements must be made with us. If the tents have gotten wet due to inclement weather, we will take down the tents when they have dried out.

 

CAN MORE THAN ONE TENT BE LINKED TOGETHER?

Yes, our Capri Canopies can be set up within inches of each other. However, there is a small gap between the tents. We have combined tents on numerous occasions with complete customer satisfaction. Most of these occasions in which we combined tents have been weddings. Frame tents can also be set up side by side.

 

DO YOU SETUP THE TABLES AND CHAIRS?

The renter is responsible for the setup and arrangement of the tables and chairs for their event.

 

DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE?

Delivery is based on time and mileage spent to get to your location. When placing your order, we will discuss any possible delivery fees, if applicable.

 

CAN A TENT BE INSTALLED ON BLACKTOP OR DRIVEWAY?

Yes, this can be done, but is not recommended. It is up to a Johnny Saxx Party Rentals Representative to decide whether or not it can be done. For installation of a Capri Canopy on blacktop, there is an extra charge.

 

WHEN DO YOU EXPECT PAYMENT AND WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Johnny Saxx Party Rentals requires a small deposit to schedule a rental. Full payment is expected upon delivery and setup. We accept Cash, Check and major Credit Cards.

 

HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT UNDER EACH TENT?

WHAT IS THE EXACT SIZE OF THE TABLES AND HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT AT A TABLE?

Our rectangle tables are 30? x 72 “ (3’ x 6’) and can fit six to eight people.  Our Round Tables are 60” round (5 ft) and can  fit up to eight people.

 

WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY?

Customer is responsible for keeping tent, tables and chairs in same condition when delivered. All tables must be covered either by linens provided by Johnny Saxx Party Rentals (fee applicable) or customer's own linens. Customer is responsible for the tables and chairs to be stacked under then tent in an orderly fashion for time of pickup. All trash must be removed from underneath tent before pickup.

 

WHAT COLOR ARE THE TENTS AVAILABLE FOR RENT?

All the tents available for rent from Johnny Saxx Party Rentals are all white in color.

 

WHAT IS PURPOSE OF TENT SIDEWALLS?

Sidewalls can be installed on every side of a tent and are used for wind and rain protection. All sidewalls for the Capri Canopy tent are clear and have a zippered opening. Sidewalls for the Frame Tent are clear, but do not have a zippered opening. Availability of sidewalls are not guaranteed for every tent and they are available on a first come, first serve basis.

 

WHAT KIND OF OUTLET IS NEEDED TO PLUG IN THE GLOBE LIGHTS?

A 110volt electrical outlet is required for powering the globe lights. It is the customer's responsibility for providing the extension cord that will run from the power source to the lights.
